Description
Colour Dip will change the way you apply colour. Create intense, vibrant colours with perfect even application. When powder is low use enclosed spatula to scoop and pour powder over the nail. How to use: clean and prep the nails. Apply a thin layer of Base Coat, DIP at a 45 degree angle into the powder, tap excess and repeat one more time. Apply a thin layer of Activator, followed by a thin layer of Base Coat, then buff to smooth, dust off and reapply Activator. Apply two thin layers of Top Coat, let air dry and apply Revitalize Nail & Cuticle oil. Includes spatula.
