Soothing Eye Makeup Remover is a soothing, oil free foaming conditioning gel specially formulated to instantly dissolve all traces of eye and lip makeup, whilst strengthening lashes and conditioning the delicate eyelid with Silk Amino Acids. Free from S.D. alcohol-free and water-soluble. Suitable for all.
