The custom moulded wand coats hairs from root-to-tip and the flexible, flake-free formula is easy to apply and quick to dry! Seal the deal! To evenly coat brow hairs from root-to-tip, apply using the side of the custom-moulded wand with long bristles. Use the side with short bristles to sculpt and shape hairs into place.
